4/365 – What words are you inviting into your life today?

For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been writing two words between the knuckles of my thumb and index finger.

I wake up and take a moment to think about what I’d like to invite into my life for the day.

By the end of the day, the words from the permanent marker fade and leave room for something new to be invited in by the following day.

It’s been nice to wear your intention for the day – a beautiful reminder that no matter what happens, we can choose how we show up.

The two words that have felt resonant for me are the words “Yes” and “Me.”

Yes – To default to Yes whenever invited to try something unorthodox.
Me – To lean into an authentic expression of myself and stop worrying about what others might think.
