125- Transforming resistance into ease

I still remember the day I walked into my friend’s house with a Tonal bolted to the wall.

I couldn’t wrap my head around why someone would want to invest 3500$ on a workout machine that you can barely use without a $50/month subscription fee.

After trying it, though, I could see the appeal. Beyond the adaptive digital weight system, what made it truly exceptional was that it made working out convenient, easy to use, and fun.

In the social #impact world, we often get so caught up in the problems we’re trying to solve that we forget to make it convenient, easy to use, and fun.

If we find ourselves in the habit-changing industry, we’re really in the business of transforming #resistance into #ease .
