229- Feeling Goals

When we set goals, we often build them around the material world.

Whether it’s an object we want to acquire, a job position we want to hold, or a relationship we’re looking to develop – It’s recommended that we make them SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.

But what if the goal behind the goal is not a thing – but rather a feeling?

A feeling of alignment, connection, purpose, direction, respect, hope, joy, peace, love…

Why don’t we set goals around creating the condition for us to feel a specific way and let the rest take care of itself?
