5- Empty your RAM

It’s 2 AM following a long stressful day. You’ve been juggling work at maximum capacity, and you’re ready to pass out.

But for some reason, you can’t fall asleep.

Every time you close your eyes, a new thought pops up. New ideas. New problems. New solutions.

It’s almost as if your RAM is overflowing, and your brain’s hard drive is unavailable to take in more data. And so your thoughts spin round and round with no end in sight.

The solution? Get up and write things down. It’ll just take a minute.

If your internal hard drive is unavailable, offload the information to an external one and empty your RAM.
