When describing our values, we probably think of a simple string of words.

In my case, a few that come to mind are loyalty, honesty, kindness, curiosity, and integrity.

At first glance, this might feel like an insightful list. But these words alone don’t tell us anything. Without context, you cannot predict how those values translate into actions.

More interesting is to understand what exists behind those #values . Where did they come from? How did they develop? What actions do they translate to?

It is by understanding the process that you can better understand the person.
